Service Call out Fee

If you require our mobile work shop to come to your home and repair your machine on the spot we offer a fixed price service which includes:

• Call out and full inspection of your machine
• Labor to do repairs with no time limits

Our call out is $150 for the first appliance, any additional appliances that you would like to have inspected/repaired are charged at a flat rate of $60 per appliance and parts are additional. Our technician will find the cause of the breakdown of your appliance and will also fully inspect the machine to make sure there are no other parts that are worn out and can fail shortly.

Our vans are loaded with as many parts as we could fit in to increase the chances of completing the repair on the first visit. But if we do not have a part that is required, we will order it for you and come back at no additional cost.

PAYMENT

We do not invoice and require payment on the day of the completion of the repair, our technicians carry mobile EFTPOS machines. We accept cash,Debit cards, Master card and Visa. AMEX IS NOT ACCEPTED.
